Client initially charged with outrage of modesty let off with a stern warning.

In PP v Sellaiah Chandra Mohan, the Prosecution issued stern warning for an offence of outrage of modesty. Our client was charged with an offence under section 354(1) of the Penal Code. He maintained that any touching is done with the consent of the victim. This case was initially fixed for trial but after hearing our case for the defence, the Prosecution decided not to pursue the case and issue a stern warning to our client instead.
